The full team got reunited... Cheese selection

Sunday 4th September 2011, Expat Expo Zürich.
Many thanks indeed to Ed and Mel McGaugh for organizing this great event. We would also like to thank the numerous visitors interested in our Guide book. The full team got reunited around a well deserved cocktail shared with all the exhibitors at the end of the Trade-show. Thank you Helena from Sushi Fusion for the scrumptious delicacies and Michael from the British Cheese Center for the wonderful cheese selection.





Launch party
Friday 2nd September 2011 at 19:30, Orell Füssli The Bookshop on Bahnhofstrasse in Zürich hosted the launch party of the second edition of "Grüezi Newcomer". Many thanks indeed to all the guests who joined us to celebrate this very special time with the team. (one team member missing that evening as she was taking care of her 2 week old baby girl).

Launch of the second edition
Thursday 1st September 2011, the new edition got delivered at Orell Füssli The Bookshop in Zürich and everybody in the Team got a share of the full stock in their cellars, too. We (minus one team member still at work in Zürich at the time) had a celebratory drink to welcome the new born edition.

The new edition of Gruezi Newcomer is coming soon!
It contains updates and more. We are extending to Winterthur and Schaffhausen as well as adding content and extra chapters. Furthermore, Grüezi Newcomer! will also be available in eBook, which will give a wider distribution perspective and opportunities. The publication is planned for the end of the summer 2011.

World Radio Switzerland
WRS is a national (Swiss) English speaking radio providing information from around the world. More importantly it explains and debates what is happening in Switzerland to the English speaking community.
Conor Lennon (WRS’s journalist) meets some of the team behind the new book Gruezi Newcomer!, aimed at helping newcomers to the German-speaking part of Switzerland to settle in.
